hi i read ur post on gaisberg mountain austria and its really pretty. i hope u dont mind im asking is there any public transport from salzburg city center to gaisberg mountain? plus is there any way to go to the mountain top without hiking and it is a good time to go there during sunset.
yes! you will take bus 6 to Parsch, hop off at Fadingerstraße and get on bus 23 (it costs about 2 euro) and then take that bus to Obergnigl, hop off and on the 151 up to the top! Sunset is so so beautiful, but the view on the top depends on how the day is down at the city. My over-the-clouds pictures were during a super foggy and rainy day in the city, do it depends. good luck!!
